In that case it depends, for how long you were inhaling the poison.
Fatal accidents would be almost impossible. Inhaling the insecticide will have unpleasant affect on you from the start.
All of those can be symptoms that will give you the hint: “get out of here” and that will happen before any serious affects take place.
If you were inhaling cockroach insecticides for a couple of minutes the worst that is going to happen would be mild poisoning. This poisoning is not lethal, but unpleasant.
Symptoms of poisoning:
Keep the package of whatever spray you are using close by and read the label carefully. It should have some instruction on what to do if you are exposed. On top of that you can get an idea about the toxicity of the product to humans.
The first word on the label has a lot to do with the toxicity of the product.
